French Fries

French fries are a very addictive snack to have during the day. Unfortunately, eating fries can totally ruin your diet. If you must have french fries, try to bake them. Slice a small potato into fries, toss with a small amount of olive oil. Then season the slices with rosemary, salt and pepper and bake for thirty minutes in an oven set at 400 degrees. Gently loosen and turn the fries with a spatula, then bake for a final 10 minutes. They are good eaten with ketchup and are lower in fat, you will not even think about them being not being fried. TIP! Try to reward yourself for staying true to your diet for extra motivation. Rewards can be anything from getting a massage, taking the night off and renting a movie, or going shopping and buying something new.

Enlist help in your weight loss journey. If you have no one to workout with, there are multiple groups and online forums for people that need support. It’s possible that somebody you don’t know but lives close by is in the same position as you.
